American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) – AILA is the national association of more than 11,000 lawyers and law professors who practice and teach immigration law. AILA members represent U.S. families seeking permanent residence for close family members, as well as U.S. companies seeking talent in the global marketplace. AILA members also represent foreign students, artists, athletes and asylum seekers, often on a pro-Bono basis. Founded in 1946, AILA is a bipartisan, not-for-profit organization that, in its 36 chapters and more than 50 national committees, offers continuing legal education, information, professional services and expertise. AILA offers a number of resources for hiring an immigration lawyer: hiring a lawyer can be a daunting, confusing, and even frustrating process. They will exercise their independent judgment as lawyers, without influence or control of Boundless. This limited representation agreement (“lawyer agreement”) governs your relationship with the independent immigration lawyer who verifies your immigration documents before they are served on you by Boundless Immigration Inc. (“Without Borders”).
